Meditation to Dedication

If you have a dream set in mind, please do yourself a favor and keep working towards that dream. One day, one week, one month at a time. At your own pace. At times of worry or discouragement, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Sit or stand up tall. With your mind's eye start to refocus your visions that slowly but surely turn into reality. 

Feel better? Good. 

Any time you make comparisons throughout the day--subconsciously or consciously--bring it back to the source. That means YOU!
What is it that you want in life? Where do you want to be? Who do you want to surround yourself with? When do you want to make that change? Why do you want to do what you want to do? And finally, how will you achieve this "dream"? Explore these questions within yourself so you can emit the right frequency, which then allows the synchronicity of life to present itself unto you one at a time. You'll find this occurring through the people you meet and the places you go.

It is then that your meditation becomes a dedication towards living your dreams.
